With some donation money from Rotary Club La Valette Malta, project “SIRAGUGAL” was initiated and HAMSA Community Rehab was started at MCDS centres for the underprivileged children at both the centres - Kannaginagar and Semmencherry.

Through SIRAGUGAL, the centres were renovated with bathrooms, tiles, asbestos sheets, walls painted and many equipment were procured for the therapy.

Physiotherapist, Occupation Therapist, Nutritionist, Psychologist, Special educators and Rehab physicians are provided by HAMSA Rehab to obtain the best outcome for the under-privileged in the slum area. There are about 100 children between both the centres who suffer from Autism, Cerebral palsy, ADHD, Spinal disabilities, Orthopaedic disabilities, and various forms of neurological disorders. Through Siragugal, these kids were getting wings for life which is being carried on by HAMSA.
